As the name Udinese suggests, this premium espresso comes from the small city of Udine in northeastern Italy. It's a blend of the finest green coffees from Vietnam and Brazil. These are always roasted separately and gently to develop their full aroma. Once the perfect grind is achieved, the Cremoso pours into the cup with a particularly thick and creamy consistency. This is what "Cremoso" (Italian for "creamy") refers to.

The crema of this blend is very dense, dark brown, and remarkably rich. Fine ridges form, reflecting the complex structure of this espresso. The aroma of this Cremoso is reminiscent of toasted bread, caramel, and chestnut honey. Intense yet sweet nuances are particularly noticeable in the finish.
