Select your desired product from the overview and add it to your shopping cart. Once you're in the shopping cart view, you can adjust the quantity. Proceed through the checkout process and enter your billing address and, if required, your shipping address.
This information is required for order delivery. At the same time, a customer account will be created using this data, which will make future orders easier. Please ensure that the email address you enter is correct. If you already have a customer account, you can log in directly.
Next, you must select your payment and shipping methods. Depending on the payment method you choose, this email will contain further payment information.
Can different billing and delivery addresses be used?

This is no problem. Simply click "separate delivery address" when entering your address further down in the form. On the following page, enter your desired delivery address or a parcel locker. You can make this change in your customer account for all future orders.
Previously used delivery addresses cannot be deleted for legal reasons.

Your order confirmation, which you will receive by email after placing your order, contains all the necessary account information for the bank transfer. Online banking is the best way to make the transfer, as this ensures the fastest possible delivery of your order.
When making your transfer, please state the order number and your name as the purpose of payment.

Yes, orders can also be placed via these methods. However, you should generally prefer to order online, as this significantly reduces order processing time through an automated process. You can find the necessary contact information, such as email addresses, directly on our contact page.

Resuming an interrupted order is only possible if a browser window with the online shop is still open. If all browser windows are closed, your session in the online shop will end and the order will have to be placed again.

User accounts are automatically created with your first order in the online shop. You will receive your login details for your customer account via email after order confirmation. For subsequent orders, you can then authenticate yourself directly using these login details. Re-entering your user data is therefore unnecessary. You can register here in advance.

Your order will be shipped immediately. Only if you choose prepayment will we wait for receipt of payment. Amount. Delivery time is 1-2 days.

Therefore, your data will not be shared with third parties – unless they are involved in the delivery process. Do you have login details for the online shop from a previous order? You can log in directly above the address entry when compiling an order. Once you are logged in with the correct email address and password combination, you can complete your order. Alternatively, you can also log in to your customer account beforehand.
