This tasting set includes up to six different varieties, all following the Italian tradition of roasting. Firstly, the green/raw beans are gently rid of caffeine through a mild process. They are then optimally processed at the appropriate temperature in rotating drum roasters. Expect varieties full of character, which will convince you with their low acidity and bitterness. One pod is more flavorful than the next. This makes finding your new favorite decaffeinated coffee even more enjoyable.
