Just look: In the cutout in front belongs to the portafilter. The cutout itself is made to fit all portafilters; the silicone plate in turn protects your portafilter. The recess at the back serves as a tray for the tamper.

In a word: The station is all around compact, usable and user-friendly!

Material/Fabrication:

The solid frame is laser cut out of 5 mm thick stainless steel, then edged. All edges of the console and the surface are cleanly reground by hand. 4 thick rubber feet, attached with stainless steel screws, give a secure stand.
