In addition to the Carbon Tamper, Motta now offers an accessory for perfectly distributing your ground coffee, which is as elegant as it is useful.

It's almost indispensable for the pleasure of a good cup of coffee. Because levelling prevents what's known as channelling. If the ground coffee is unevenly distributed and compressed, the hot water will pass through the filter holder just as unevenly. A channel is created and the flavours are not fully extracted.

This levelling accessory or grind distributor designed by Motta is an important step towards perfect coffee. Once the grind has been optimally distributed by making one or two clockwise turns, tamp as usual.

A special feature of the grinder is the height adjustment. Simply hold the top plate firmly and turn it anti-clockwise. Slowness during rotation is normal and expected by the manufacturer.

Suitable for filters with a diameter of 58 mm.
