Aluminium Sfera Tamper - Motta

Sturdy aluminium coffee tamper with a diameter of 57 mm.

To obtain perfect coffee, it is essential to pack/press it correctly. Only when the ground coffee is pressed evenly can the hot water also pass evenly through the brewing head and extract all the flavours completely. Normally, this requires a pressure of around 20 kg.

The polished aluminium tamper has a simple yet modern design. It's also easy to clean by hand. The relatively low weight of around 240 g and the round shape of the handle ensure optimum ergonomics.
