Origin of the beans: Brazil, Guatemala, India and Mexico

Roast level: Medium to dark

With Domus, Moka Efti presents a skillful blend of the finest Arabica beans from Guatemala and Brazil, combined with Indian and Mexican Robustas. The Robusta beans, in particular, lend this blend an incredible chocolateiness and make it irresistibly creamy. Alongside traditional aromas of dark chocolate and hazelnut, delicate hints of clove and cinnamon, as well as subtle floral nuances, are also present.

This blend lingers in the aftertaste, immediately demanding another delicious sip. It's ideal enjoyed with hot milk foam in a cappuccino or latte macchiato, but Domus also makes an excellent espresso.

Incidentally, Moka Efti was the official coffee supplier to the Italian royal family under King Vittorio Emanuele III. If that's not an honor, I don't know what is.
