The almost 100-year-old roasting tradition, the commitment to the ancestors, serves MariaSole every day anew as a benchmark for its actions. Roasting over a wood fire gives MariaSole espresso coffee not only its special flavour but also other individual characteristics that an industrially produced espresso coffee cannot have.

Centuries-old knowledge, mature craftsmanship and the careful selection of the highest quality Arabica beans and a small proportion of Robusta beans create this perfectly harmonious espresso coffee.

The beans are roasted individually and only then blended. The long roasting time of 15 to 25 minutes makes it uniquely mild and creamy. It has a hazelnut-brown mottled crema, a pleasant acidity and a slightly nutty, chocolaty flavour. Round in flavour and slightly sparkling on the tongue. A sweet, soft finish with a long aftertaste.

MariaSole Caffè Crema is an elegant, wonderfully smooth and particularly low-acid coffee. Flavours of roasted walnut and chocolaty-sweet crema complete the enjoyment. Remarkable long-lasting aftertaste.
