Over 100 years of roasting tradition created a high standard for every work step at MariaSole. The unique roasting over a wood fire gives the espresso coffee a very special taste.

The espresso beans for this ESE pod come from small coffee farmers in the best growing areas in Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cameroon, Vietnam, Togo and the Congo. In Sicily, they are traditionally refined in a drum roaster. The long roasting time of 15 to 25 minutes makes it uniquely mild and creamy. It has a hazelnut brown crema, pleasant fruitiness and a slightly nutty-chocolate aroma. Round in taste and slightly sparkling on the tongue. 

MariaSole Caffè Crema, is an elegant and wonderfully soft coffee. Aromas of roasted walnut and chocolate-sweet crema complete the enjoyment. Remarkable lingering aftertaste. The ground beans are individually packed airtight, which means that all the aromas are retained for a very long time.
