La Genovese Caffè was founded in 1936 and has been family-owned ever since. The name originates from the nearby capital city of Genoa. Today, the roastery has a presence in almost every European country, has received numerous awards for its espresso coffee, and has been a member of the [unspecified organization] since 2008. INEI certified.
La Genovese Espresso Royal is a blend of six different varieties of Arabica and Robusta beans sourced from Brazil, El Salvador, India, and Ethiopia. The beans are roasted separately, gently, and slowly in a rotating drum roaster and then cooled in the open air. Its aroma offers intense nuances of very dark chocolate and cocoa. It boasts a rich and thick crema that's simply irresistible.

Thanks to its outstanding quality, La Genovese Royal has been certified as Espresso Italiano by the INEI (Instituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano). The institute has been protecting and promoting authentic espresso since 1998.
