La Genovese is one of our favourite roasters and you can only find these coffees with us.
Like all of the roaster's coffees, the Coloniale is roasted to the highest standards. The special feature of this blend is that the roasted beans are cooled quickly with cold air rather than water, thus preserving the aroma of the beans and preventing them from absorbing unnecessary moisture.

Thanks to its high Robusta content, Coloniale is pleasantly strong and creamy. A real " booster " that is not overpowering in any way. Ideal for cappuccino or other milk-based drinks.
