This single-origin decaffeinated coffee stands out for its body and sweet taste. The washed Arabica beans come from the Santa Madre region of Chiapas, Mexico, and are grown at an altitude of 1,200 metres in Finca Santa Fè.
Thanks to the gentle decaffeination process, which uses only water, the caffeine content remains below 0.1%. The result is a very mild decaffeinated coffee with notes of chocolate and spices.
