The Melange blend represents the Viennese version of cappuccino, a strong espresso served with hot milk and creamy milk foam. Julius Meinl's new blend serves as the ideal base for this. It combines the traditional dark roasting of Southern Europe with the subtle nuances of lighter roasts from the North. A full-bodied roast with intense notes of chocolate and hazelnut merges with the light and fruity aromas of Arabica varieties. The blend is so well-balanced that it maintains its perfect taste even when adding plenty of milk, revealing a delicate sweetness in the finish.
