Pure pleasure from cocoa butter, Mascobado whole cane sugar and whole milk from the Berchtesgardener Land.

Aromatically delicate white organic chocolate with a subtle sweetness and the light caramel note of Mascobado whole cane sugar. With real cocoa butter, without emulsifiers, especially tender due to extra long conching.

For the production of our whole milk chocolates, we use fair Naturland organic alpine milk from the cooperative Milchwerke Berchtesgardener Land, which was the first dairy in Germany to successfully undergo Naturland Fair certification. "Fair" for Naturland organic farmers in the Alpine foothills means that they receive a higher price for their valuable milk so that they can continue to operate their farms.
