La Genovese Tradizione Moka
A balanced Arabica/Robusta blend with beans from Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, India, and Uganda. The beans are roasted gently and separately to fully develop their character.
Flavor: floral and fruity notes from Arabica, spicy depth from Robusta. First sip: sweet and delicate, followed by rich chocolatey notes. The finish recalls toasted bread and caramel. In the cup: creamy texture and long-lasting crema.
Barbera Maghetto Espresso
Ground for Moka pots (e.g. Bialetti), French press, or percolator.
Each type of bean is roasted slowly and separately, then air-cooled instead of water-cooled – preserving maximum aroma and flavor.
Toraldo Gran Reserve
A top-quality espresso from hand-picked Arabica beans, roasted in the traditional Neapolitan way – dark and slow. The result: perfect balance between sweetness and intensity, full body, rich crema, and a smooth, lingering finish.
