Barbera Mago is a blend of 7 selected bean varieties, chosen directly in their growing areas. These include Brazil, Central America and Indonesia. The art of blending an excellent coffee is a magician's secret (indeed, mago means magician in Italian).

Beautiful cream formation and suitable for all types of preparation.

Taste:
A powerful character combined with sweetness, creaminess and delicate aromas of nuts, chocolate and fruit.

Roasting :
Barbera roasts all the beans in the blend separately, gently and slowly to preserve the distinctive characteristics of each variety. The coffee beans are then rapidly cooled with cold air, rather than the usual water. This air-cooling method allows the beans to retain their aroma.
