Onore is a strong coffee with a good dose of caffeine.
From the moment you take the cup, it gives off a scent of hazelnut and cocoa. On the palate, it develops aromas of chocolate and dried fruit. Especially at the end of the tasting, nuances of fig and apricot are perceptible and make each sip a real pleasure. The particularly high proportion of Robusta in this blend also gives it a pleasant intensity and a crema that stays in the cup for a long time.
For the Onore blend, Arditi Caffè uses only the best green beans from small plantations. The Arabicas in this blend come from Central America, while the washed robustas come from Asia and Africa.
They are carefully sorted by variety so that only the best beans are used in the blend. Each variety is then roasted according to its individual profile to bring out all the flavours.
