Mixing ratio: 30% Arabica beans/70% Robusta beans

The high Robusta bean content of 70% ensures a rich crema, dense and hazelnut brown – a typical Neapolitan espresso. Thanks to the dark roast typical of southern Italy, this espresso is low in acidity and caffeine. Elmir is also excellent as a base for cappuccino or latte macchiato. This blend contains beans from three different countries of origin, ensuring optimal aromatic diversity by incorporating only the best from each bean.
